maradona

Maradona was born in Villa Fiorito in the southern of Buenos Aires in 1960. At age of 15 he started to play with the Argentinos Juniors. When he was 16 he debuted with the national football team, and he played his first World Cup in 1982.
This polemic soccer player is aware that all the candidates for the World Cup that want to win this championship, will have to dispute this title with Brazil, a team that is known as probably the most dangerous opponent of the event.
Soon enough, Maradona established himself in the senior squad at age 16, being called for the national team around the same time. He played his first World Cup in 1982, scoring twice in 5 matches but also receiving a red card for a vicious foul. With Argentina beaten by Italy in the second round, Maradona had to wait another 4 years to get a chance at the shiny trophy and when he got that chance, he grabbed it with both hands.
The 1986 World Cup is deemed by many as the most spectacular one in the history of soccer and Maradona has a lot to do with that. He scored 5 goals throughout the Cup and also made 5 assists, but it would be the quarter-final against England that will remain in history. Maradona scored two goals that would cement his legend as both an outstanding and a tricky player.
His first goal of the match was scored with the hand, but the referee allowed it. Highly controversial, this goal later became known as the "Maradona hand of God goal". The second goal of the match, scored just 4 minutes after the Hand of God, is still widely known as the "Goal of the Century". Maradona picked up the ball close to his own penalty box and started a sprint that would end up in the English goal, 15 seconds, 70 meters, 5 defenders and a goalkeeper later.
Although his career was garnished with controversy, ranging from pitch-brawling to cocaine abuse, Maradona remains one of the most important figures in modern sports and together with Pele and Johan Crujff, forms the golden trio of all time soccer.
Diego Armando Maradona invented this very soccer trick in the early 1980s in one of the Argentine Clausura soccer matches at half time.
He combines a set of juggling soccer skills starting from left foot to right foot, then left knee to right knee, then left shoulder to right shoulder and finally heading the ball to complete the whole sequence.
Each part benefits for both freestyle soccer and in any kind of soccer matches like futsal:
Foot
The single most important part that improve your touches which allows you to apply other soccer skills and tricks like dribbling, foot plant, volley and so on.
Knee
Normally used to control in a long ball situation and juggle while moving with the ball.
Shoulder
Less beneficial in a soccer match but very useful in freestyle soccer. Plant, juggle or transfer from shoulder to shoulder or shoulder to head.
Head
Useful for both in freestyle soccer and in a soccer match. A difficult skill to master that requires maximum concentration on the center of the ball and great balance to avoid the ball from falling.
These skills may sound simple but improves your overall ball control, coordination and balance which makes you less vulnerable to lose the ball or possession during an important soccer match.
As for those who are interested in freestyle soccer. Maradona 7 is a good starting point for newbies in the game before trying out the harder tricks like Around the World.
A soccer skill that's worth mastering for both newbies and professionals which in my opinion, the most fundamental skill in the world of soccer.
The ex - Boca Juniors soccer player, Diego Armando Maradona declared that if the National Football Team of his native country "Argentina" does not win the next World Cup in Germany, he has the resolution: he will talk with the president of the AFA Julio Grondona, just to see if he has the chance to be the Coach of the soccer team. He also confirmed that he has never been invited to be part of the Technical department; however he wants to take the initiative of suggest it.
Maradona is also supported by the current Argentina coach Jose Pekerman, who admitted that he is the fan No 1 and he thinks Maradona must be the Argentina soccer team leader.
